The PPGPUR enables and encourages the admission of foreign students. To promote International cooperation, PPGPUR formalized agreements with institutions worldwide such as:

• PAEC/OEA – Latin America;
• AUGM – South America;
• University of Cauca – Colombia;
• GCUB – Latin America and Europe;
• L’imt Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines d’albi - France
